I'm probably the most crazy girl you'll ever meet, I like guys obviously, anime and chocolate on rare occasions ( try not to get fat lol)

Do you have any experience with a MapleStory Staff? If yes, please explain:
Yes, previously on DChaos in 2012 (Super Donator)
AxedMS (DGM) -- closed down due to lack of funding

Do you have any pending applications outside of RS?:
Nope

What makes Rs different than other servers/what feature do you enjoy?:
For now the server is kinda quiet with a small community.
In my opinion, I prefer starting out small then slowly expanding into a stable one.
I enjoy the new effect and skill wiz but most importantly I see great potential in this server.

How well do you work within a team? What role do you take as a team member?:
I try to be accommodating and would actively provide feedback whenever possible.
I would alternate myself between the group leader and a follower because I believe both are important roles that someone needs to possess to be an outstanding individual.

What do you believe makes you different than other applicants?:
To be honest, I am pretty ordinary but perhaps my crazy side and enjoyable personality would differentiate me from the rest.

What motivates you to work with us?:
I would like to see the server grow and prosper.
I would like to be the one making the change and not waiting for change.

What are some things that would motivate you to leave a staff position at a server?:
A toxic community or one that discriminates against others.

How would you handle issues between you and other staffmates?:
I would be kind and tolerate each others behaviors. In the event of a quarrel, I would first be calm and listen to his argument before making mine and then coming out with a solution.

How would you handle an issue between you and another player?:
I would first listen to his side of his story. In the event he was in the wrong, punishments would be meted out such as jail, mute or ban in severe cases. However, if I was in the wrong, I would definitely apologize and promise not to commit the same mistake again.
