Every single classes 3rd or 4th job mob skill doesn't work (examples: chain lightning, shining ray, avenger and so on.

the targa and scarlion map dcs you at the moment you try to enter via the npc at entrace to spooky world.
catkip, its not for every job and its not every single skill, for example: the avenger mob skill WORKS for the night walker.

The new client seemed to have fixed the issues thanks
