MS GFX APP Format

FX Artist application information:
You understand while submitting an application that if offered a position as a staff member with MS;
You must regularly be available for small/large projects.
You must have access to skype so that you may get in touch with staff members.
If you are unable to perform your duties, you must let the staff know at a reasonable length of time.
You understand that if anything on the submitted application is false, GFX status may be revoked.
You understand that is a common courtesy to let the staff know if I am working for other servers on projects.
