My suggestion
Modify awards for Blue Wish Ticket (NPC Agent E).
STR,DEX,INT,LUK will randomize between 1-14
Weapon Atk/Magic Atk will randomize between 1-8
on
+1 Slot for all items, max amount 100 not including primary slots and Vicious hammer.
Now the system works once, use 2x the ticket does not add statistics only draws more statistics.
